Xero add-on are Apps that integrate to Xero that can give you extra functions such cashflow forecasting, receipt scanning, stock management and CRM systems.
Can Xero be used offline?
Unfortunately not, the downside of being in the cloud is that you will need to be working online to get access.

Can change your book-keeping life from shoe boxes of receipts or nasty spreadsheets to bank reconciliation and invoicing in a breeze. With Xero it uses your online bank statement to pull through your bank transactions for you to reconcile with just a few clicks.
