Clare is an experienced bookkeeper specialising in using Xero software. She offers a flexible solution to clients ranging from an outsourced finance function, VAT returns, invoicing, reconciliations to financial reporting. Her clients are SME’s spanning a variety of sectors including hospitality, recruitment, travel, media and consultancy. Clare is happy to take on clients in all sectors.

Emily is a QuickBooks Online Pro-Advisor and Bronze Xero Certified Partner and know both systems inside out. Friendly and knowledgeable, Emily will be able to help you transition from other bookkeeping systems onto QuickBooks Online and Xero and digitalise the way your business runs on a day to day basis. With the implementation of third party applications including stock control software, point of sale systems and receipt capturing apps she prides herself in making any businesses bookkeeping processes more streamlined allowing business owners to spend more time running their companies. Other bookkeeping services such as VAT, payroll, CIS etc are also within her skill set.

The idea of bookkeeping packages is not what Lisa is about, she works on a pay as you go pricing system so does what is needed for your business at the time. Olivia provides bookkeeping services to small / medium sized organisations using Xero accounting software.

She is a member of the International Association of Bookkeepers (IAB) and is a Xero certified advisor.

Olivia is currently working with clients in the Healthcare, Property Management, Agriculture, Logistics, Floristry and Retail sectors.

For the past 8 years, Monica has been working as a bookkeeper from her base in Worthing in the Sussex area. She is a Xero Certified partner; enjoys cloud accounting and is a streamliner! Monica works with businesses of all sizes, either in an ad-hoc capacity or more often as an outsourced additional layer to the client’s accounts team.

As well as being Xero Certified, she is also familiar with other popular accounting softwares such as QuickBooks. Monica offers hourly packages allowing businesses to make a saving with discounted bundled rates along with securing her time for that month.

She has been involved in industries ranging from manufacturing, banking, financial services, health and wellbeing, and aviation. Monica is happy to have an initial chat with any potential clients to see how she can help.
