At Watch This Sp_ce we are on a mission to reimagine the world of work to include everyone.
Research shows diversity and inclusion drive innovation, productivity, results and profits. They are vital for surviving and thriving in the new business landscape. And research shows that people look for organisations with a purpose who prioritise diversity and inclusion, when they are looking for where to work. When employees feel they belong they are more likely to stay at an organisation and perform better in their roles as they are happier.
We work with organisations to develop the culture, community, and communications to include everyone, and to reap the vast benefits. We help them to understand what they want their future to look like and inspire others to take the journey with them.
How we work
For lots of organisations, they know they need to do something but are unsure where to start. The first step in your journey is to understand where you’re starting from.
Our inclusion audit uses a six-point framework to assess the gaps and opportunities across the entire organisation and take a holistic view of how inclusion can be integrated across every aspect of what you do.
Based on our findings, we will then recommend a prioritised set of tangible goals, and create a clear roadmap to help you achieve those goals.
Training
There have been many stories in the media about how diversity and inclusion training doesn’t work.
They’re right.
It doesn’t work when companies treat it as a one-off, box-ticking exercise. You can’t master diversity and inclusion in a one-hour workshop.
We offer a wide range of training courses, available as interactive live sessions or as e-learning modules, to enable a long-term process of ongoing learning and growth.
We offer training courses delivered as:
- e-learning courses for people to complete in their own time
- Online interactive workshops lasting around 1 hour per subject with digital workbooks, up to 25 people per group
- In-person interactive training workshops lasting around 1.5 hours with digital workbooks, up to 25 people per group.
All of our in-person training is interactive and encourages active participation.
Subject areas we cover in our training are:
- Challenge Your Assumptions
- Inclusive Communication
